Return questions

Return requests should be started before sending anything back. Email the store first with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. If the return is accepted, return instructions will be provided.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact Heiner’s Workshop as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos when relevant so the issue can be reviewed faster.
